A leader in the field of mediation in Southern California, Linda Meyer has been a full time neutral since 1990. Mediating between a hundred and a hundred and fifty full day cases a year, she has a ninety eight percent settlement rate successfully resolving literally thousands of cases. Her subject matter expertise includes the areas of Employment, Business, Entertainment, Commercial, Real Estate, Toxic Torts, Professional Liability and Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Claims. Ms. Meyer mediates matters which range from basic disputes to highly complex multi-party cases and class actions, each of which is given her considered attention.

In addition to her mediation practice, Ms. Meyer has been an Adjunct Professor at the internationally recognized Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School in Malibu, California, teaching courses, speaking at seminars and training attorneys and judges in negotiation and mediation. She is a recognized national speaker on Alternative Dispute Resolution at conferences and meetings for lawyers and other professionals.
